Case Study -  Helping A Business Grow:
Andrea had been managing her husband's business, Fireplace and Grill Experts Inc. , making appointments for new estimates, installations and service calls.   She now was eight months pregnant and wasn't sure what her husband would do when she was away having the child as he worked in the field with the other three employees.  How would she be able to handle the phones once the child came home, and still present a professional image to their clients?
 
Andrea reached out to Answer-All as a possible short term solution to help with the phones while she was on leave.   We recognized that Andrea was actually the project manager, secretary, bookkeeper and appointment scheduler for the entire business and needed a lot more help, than she first discussed. 
 
The Solution:
We first looked at the appointment scheduling that was vital to the growth of the company.  We set up a scheduling software for each of the employees working for the company. Two men did the estimates, one did the installations, and one did repairs to existing systems. Setting up a calendar in our "real time" scheduling soft ware for each employee, with the time of day and the days they worked.
 
Now we could schedule the employees of the business and keep them making money.  Andrea would still be in charge of the bookkeeping so we could connect callers requiring accounting questions to her at her home. She could also answer the special questions that would come up in particular systems people were requiring.  Because the scheduling software is done in real time Andrea could also book, move and cancel appointments right from her home using the Internet . 

The Result:
 Andrea was able to go on maternity leave and still have their business continue as if she was there. Once she had her baby, she was able to continue to work at her pace and have the company answered in a professional manner. They continue to use Answer-All to allow them to grow their business, which they have been able to do from three employee's when they started, to eleven and counting.
