The big benefit to overflow calls is to keep patients happy (they don't like to sit on hold) and to keep the office staff from getting backed up while trying to handle all calls while dealing with the patients in the office.

*Many of our medical professions use call screening which can reduce your cost by allowing callers to select to speak to a live operator if they have an emergency.  (we always allow the caller to make that determination)  Other calls can have the convenience to leave a message on our voice machine to allow you a return call when you have a break for items such a refills, insurance information and appointment calls.  Office hours and directions can also be given.
 
*Some offices choose to have us answer all their calls  24/7.This allows them to focus on patient care and not worry about manning the phones. Some of these offices have reduced the overhead of staff by doing so - saving thousands in wages, benefits, workers comp, and unemployment. With our Appointment setting capability's we can schedule your appointments along with delivering your emergency calls per your instructions.

We are capable of distributing daily call logs which provide your office with hard copy documentation of all calls our medical assistance answer. We also record and store a voice copy of every call as well. These features are invaluable in the event there is a question about how a call was handled or dispatched. In some cases, the medical office’s malpractice rates can be lower as a result of us keeping this call documentation.
 
With Live Answering you can have physician tracking. If a physician has instructed the service to page him or her, but then does not respond, the service has other ways to contact the physician or backup coverage and will do so until the call can be completed and document our actions for you.
