Case Study - Helping make a manufacturing company more profitable

The Challenge:
Brett Johnson, the marketing director of a large manufacturing company that makes Heating and Air-Conditioning systems, had created several clever commercials and
was running them on T. V., but he could not keep up with the calls. Had needed a professional way for his advertising to pay off. 

When he contacted Answer-All and we set up our first meeting, we discovered
he simply needed a better way for clients to find the local dealers of the systems
he was selling.  

The Solution:
We helped design a web site set with a dealer locate system which could tell our receptionist who the nearest dealer was, by simply entering in the clients zip code,
which would advise us of who and where they were. 

Now we could answer his 800 number and capture critical information right on
his web site, which would also be sent to the dealer. Once we had all the information
that was needed, we then connect the caller right to the correct dealer in there area.
The dealer had all the clients information right in front of them from the web site, and could make the sale.

The Result:
The marketing director is selling more systems then ever before, making his bosses
very happy.  He has referred other marketing directors within the company, in other states to us to do the same service and they are all becoming more profitable.
